RETURN / REFUND POLICY

1. Return Policy

In case of shipping wrong items, missing item or item damaged during shipping, please contact us  to report the error or damage. You need to provide photos of the products to prove that we shipped the wrong items or damaged during shipping. We will exchange the items or you return the products and get full refund.

If the products have quality issues, as long as the product is unused, you can return it to us in its original package within 7 days of the original order placement, we will either offer you a full refund or exchange according to your requests.

 

2. Refund Policy

You may ask for refund under the following circumstances:

  • We shipped the wrong products.
  • Products damaged during shipping process.
  •  Missing Items. (Sometimes we ship products in two or more packages, please check our communication emails.)

Note:

  • Refund processing time: 2 business days.
  • You must return (ship back) the product unless we stated otherwise. About shipping cost, check the following policy.
 
3. About Shipping Cost
  • If exchange / return of products are caused by shipping wrong items, missing item or item damaged, we will refund you postage cost.
